Job Description
The Critical Care Step Down RN II is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation, while demonstrating teamwork, communication, leadership, and professionalism.
Must complete yearly competencies, participate in department initiatives, and maintain current portfolios.
Qualifications include an ASN/ADN, RN license (Virginia or eligible), BLS certification, and relevant experience (minimum hours required).
Preferred BSN and specialty certifications.
Provides care across all human development stages, using the nursing process and reliable communication methods.
