Job Description
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Ensures care aligns with ANA standards, performing assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
Educates patients and families, identifying needs and resources.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and current BLS and RN licensure.
New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications like ACLS within specified timeframes.
Work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
