Eventide Heartland Care Center is hiring a full-time LPN Charge Nurse for overnight shifts, offering differentials for weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate must have an active ND LPN or RN license. Responsibilities include assessing residents’ needs, administering medications, updating care plans, and ensuring quality care. Additional duties involve staff supervision, documentation, and communication with families and healthcare providers. The LPN Charge Nurse must stay updated on nursing skills and attend training sessions. The position requires accountability, teamwork, and flexibility in carrying out various tasks.
