Job Description
The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team in delivering holistic, resident-centered clinical care and support for daily activities, guided by servant leadership and compliant with federal, state, and JCAHO standards.
Assesses residents regularly to determine health status and identify unmet needs, incorporating resident preferences into care plans.
Leads interdisciplinary team efforts in creating and adjusting comprehensive care plans based on outcomes.
Delegates tasks according to licensure and expertise, supervises care delivery, and evaluates care effectiveness.
Counsels staff on performance, ensures accurate documentation, and participates in care delivery.
Maintains current RN license, CPR, IV certification, and knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
