Job Summary: This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of care provided and must utilize specialized knowledge and skills to meet the needs of patients.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid RN license, and BLS certification. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, along with effective communication skills.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and documenting all nursing activities. The nurse will also participate in education and mentoring, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and engage in research activities.
