Job Description

Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part Time

Summary: The RBT implements ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, providing direct 1:1 therapy in home and community settings.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy as per treatment plans.
• Collect data and submit session notes according to policy.
• Collaborate with peers and attend staff meetings and training.
• Maintain active RBT certification; lapses result in removal from client cases.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in ABA practice.
