Job Description
Summary: Provides physical therapy services, evaluates patients, sets goals, plans programs, and treats patients per physician’s orders. Maintains records, directs support personnel, and ensures compliance with policies.
Responsibilities:
Adheres to departmental policies and maintains professionalism.
Restores patient independence through ethical care.
Demonstrates clinical competencies in physical therapy.
Participates in communication systems to meet goals.
Maintains documentation and improves service effectiveness.
Ensures safety and maintenance of therapeutic equipment.
Requirements:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
Current Texas registration license and BCLS certification required.
Work Type: Per Diem As Needed.
