Primary Therapist

Job Description

Licensed Primary Therapists assist patients in recovering from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders through counseling, education, and support.

Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct follow-up therapy sessions.

Complete assessments and treatment plan reviews in a timely manner.

Act as a liaison between nursing and operations staff.

Monitor treatment responses and ensure compliance with care standards.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives and conduct in-service education programs.

Communicate regularly with clinical directors regarding client progress.

Required qualifications include a relevant license in Kansas, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and preferably two years of mental health experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $55,000 – $85,000 per year, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
