Job Description
Job Summary: A Licensed Primary Therapist aids patients in recovering from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders through counseling, education, and support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and implement clinical programs per state and TJC standards.
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Conduct follow-up therapy sessions and timely assessments.
Act as a liaison between nursing and operations staff.
Provide one-on-one interventions and document treatment responses.
Participate in Quality Assurance initiatives and in-service education.
Assist in client suicide prevention and communicate with clinical leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Licensed as a mental health provider in Kansas.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field and two years of mental health experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $55,000 – $85,000 per year, Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
