Job Description

We are seeking a full-time clinical physician lead to provide high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients, under the supervision of the CMO. Responsibilities include collaborating with non-physician practitioners, engaging with facility leadership, auditing medical orders, and participating in call processes to prevent hospital transfers. Candidates should have a medical degree, at least two years of administrative leadership experience, and seven years of clinical experience. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is required. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.
