Job Description

We are seeking a full-time clinical physician lead to provide high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients, under the supervision of the CMO. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering complex care in collaboration with interprofessional teams.
  • Engaging with facility leadership, nurse practitioners, patients, and families.
  • Overseeing up to 15 nurse practitioners and auditing medical orders.
  • Identifying growth opportunities in skilled and senior living facilities.
  • Participating in call processes to manage acute conditions.

    • Qualifications include a medical degree, board certification in relevant fields, and at least two years of administrative leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential. Salary range: $187,000 – $230,000/year.
