Job Description

Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability.

  • Assists patients in achieving optimal performance and adapting to their capabilities.
  • Participates in departmental operations, performance improvement, CQI, infection control, and safety programs.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of patient care, maintains competencies, and adheres to policies.
  • Accurately interprets referrals, develops effective plans of care, and communicates with team members.
  • Implements treatment plans, adjusts based on patient condition, and completes thorough documentation.
  • Collaborates with patients and families to set realistic goals.
  • Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, valid licensure, BLS certification, and basic computer skills.
  • Full-time position with a focus on delivering quality physical therapy services.
