Seeking a Physical Therapist with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 (FT).

Provides direct rehab care following physician referrals, adhering to laws and standards.

Requires graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT for 2003+ grads), licensure in the state, and CPR certification.

Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; strong communication, body mechanics, and decision-making skills essential.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising staff, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Physical activity includes lifting, standing, and moving throughout shifts; proficiency in software and good English skills required.
