Job Description
Seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab settings in NW OKC, Hefner Pointe, Edmond, and Cancer Institute locations.
Responsible for evaluating, developing, and modifying patient care plans aligned with licensure and safety standards.
Provides skilled interventions, coordinates with clinical teams, and supervises Physical Therapy Assistants.
Performs assessments tailored to patient age and cultural needs, ensuring safe care delivery.
In home health, plans and provides treatments with ongoing reassessment and documentation.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited PT program, Oklahoma license or eligibility, BLS/CPR certification, and effective communication skills.
Preferred experience includes aquatic therapy, hand therapy, or inpatient rehab, with additional certifications as applicable.
Requires valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record for resource pool roles.
