Job Description
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist at our Smoky Hill facility in Salina, KS to evaluate and treat residents and short-term patients.
Provide therapy services following physician’s orders and professional standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans with measurable goals supporting discharge.
Perform skilled treatments, document patient responses, and monitor progress within required timeframes.
Complete all documentation and billing accurately and timely, adhering to regulations.
Maintain a safe and infection-conscious treatment area and equipment.
Requirements include Kansas PT licensure, strong communication, organization, clinical judgment, and preferably geriatric rehab experience.
