Job Description

LPN position available for night shift at Anthem Memory Care. Responsibilities include providing nursing care to residents, supervising CNAs, administering medications, and participating in performance improvement activities. Requires LPN license and minimum of three years experience in senior living community. Certification in First Aid, CPR, and clearances required.
