We are seeking a motivated individual to join our non-retail pharmacy team, focusing on exceptional customer service for hospitals and specialized care centers nationwide. Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and make therapy recommendations.
• Maintain patient databases and ensure necessary lab tests are ordered.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and document all communications.
• Implement policies for drug safety and maintain required documentation.
• Assist staff with drug procurement and disposal procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred.
• One year of experience in long-term care.
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Salary Range: USD $62.00 – $65.00 / Hour
