Job Description

The position involves providing care and services for adults with multifaceted needs primarily in the community and client’s living environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, managing clinical treatment, collaborating with care teams, attending meetings, and maintaining records. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, 2-4 years of behavioral health experience, crisis intervention experience, and a valid driver’s license. The core competencies required are belief in people, integrity, critical thinking, accountability, and empathy. Physical demands include office work, travel, computer use, and occasional lifting.
