Job Description

Seeking a Physical Therapist to support early childhood development for children aged birth to three with neurodevelopmental, physical, or sensory differences.

Build culturally sensitive partnerships with families and provide caregiver coaching within natural environments.

Conduct developmental evaluations, develop and implement individualized service plans, and incorporate evidence-based strategies.

Collaborate with families, team members, and community providers, and support adaptive equipment use.

Participate in group programs, outreach, and resource coordination to promote child growth and family advocacy.

Requirements include a valid Washington State DOH PT license, experience with young children with developmental disorders, strong teamwork, and cultural competence.

Must pass background checks, maintain confidentiality, and have reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Fluency in another language is highly preferred.
