Job Description

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. Responsibilities include meeting competencies, providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients. Core competencies involve utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient throughput, managing unit operations, and maintaining safe practice/quality care. Technical competencies include following clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment use, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and ensuring patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. Full-time position with a work schedule of 7AM – 7PM.
