A full-time NYS Occupational Therapist is needed for a clinic in Sullivan County, requiring travel between Sullivan, Orange, and Dutchess Counties. Candidates must have a degree from an accredited OT program and a NYSED license or eligibility. Responsibilities include providing therapy, conducting evaluations, maintaining documentation, and training staff and families. Proficiency in EHR systems and strong communication skills are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and preferred experience with individuals with ID/DD.
