Job Summary:
The Nursing Assistant provides patient care under the supervision of the unit charge person, adhering to hospital policies and delivering age-appropriate care.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and report vital signs.
• Maintain current patient records and notify nurses of significant changes.
• Requisition supplies, transport patients, and assist in chemotherapy as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage order entry for procedures.
• Handle telephone communications professionally and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification preferred upon hire, required within 30 days.

Work Schedule: 7PM – 7AM, Full Time
