Job Summary: The Nurse (RN or LPN) provides direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervises nursing assistants, and ensures residents’ health, welfare, and safety.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents conditions and assess their needs.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
Perform routine charting duties per established policies.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
Current Illinois unencumbered RN or LPN license.
