Job Summary: The Nurse (RN or LPN) provides direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervises nursing assistants, and ensures residents’ health, welfare, and safety.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents conditions and assess needs for optimal care.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting per established policies.
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
