Job Description

Work Schedule: 60-100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no holidays or call.

Position: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in outpatient ambulatory care. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing care for patients from newborn to elderly.
  • Performing annual physical exams and managing health maintenance.
  • Conducting asynchronous care and routine clinical procedures independently.

    • Education: NP requires a Master’s/Doctorate; PA requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s from accredited programs.

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience.

    Licenses: Active NP or PA licensure in Wisconsin, DEA license required.
