Job Summary: The mid-level practitioner collaborates with a licensed physician to provide medical services within the Hospitalist Program, focusing on patient care during hospitalization and performing related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in medical services with third-party payers.
  • Demonstrate leadership and teaching abilities.

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with appropriate licensure and certifications.
  • Experience: Prior healthcare experience, preferably in hospital medicine.
  • Skills: Ability to diagnose, manage conditions, and promote health.
