Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Inpatient ECMO and Lung Transplant

Summary: Licensed/Licensed Eligible Inpatient Clinician for Special Needs Unit. Full-time position, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with one weekend day/month. Provide case management, psychotherapeutic services to psychiatric and dual diagnosis patients. Work with children, adolescents with Autism diagnosis. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, communication with families/agencies, aftercare coordination. Requirements: Master’s in Mental Health Counseling/Social Work, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Eligible, 2+ years behavioral health experience, knowledge of community resources, group therapy skills, time management, documentation proficiency, teamwork, background check, drug screen.
