Job Description

Competent Nurse position on a cardiac medical-surgical telemetry unit. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients. Requires critical thinking skills, adherence to standards of practice, and compliance with regulations. Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS certification, and EKG certification. Full-time position with varying work schedule. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety.
