Job Description

The Nurse Manager position involves providing clinical and administrative leadership, promoting effective performance and quality nursing care, contributing to strategic planning, managing patient care and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining patient satisfaction. Candidates must have five years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred), and certification in specialty and/or leadership. Essential functions include focusing on performance improvement, meeting regulatory requirements, remaining fiscally responsible, and striving for exceptional patient satisfaction. The position is full-time with benefits and requires working in person.
