Job Description

The LVN – Fulltime (Nights) role involves providing direct, individualized nursing care under supervision, ensuring client safety and a therapeutic environment.

  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, communicates effectively, and participates in care planning and evaluations.

  • Administers medications, monitors vital signs, and performs labs with accurate documentation.

  • Supports health and psychiatric education for clients and families, and responds to clinical changes and emergencies.

  • Requires graduation from an approved LVN program, current license, CPR/de-escalation certification, and preferred experience in clinical or psychiatric settings.

  • Knowledge of psychotropic medications and nursing standards within a recovery setting is essential.
