Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus to provide care in Central District to North King County. As a non-profit, employees qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Responsibilities:
Visit patients and deliver nursing care per care plan.
Implement and evaluate care plans.
Accurately record medical histories.
Provide emotional support as needed.
Complete and submit daily progress notes.
Qualifications:
Current Washington State nursing assistant certification.
6 months of CNA experience.
Clean driving record.
Home health/hospice experience preferred.
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
