Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse position providing medical support and ensuring quality care for individuals with ID/DD.
Reports to the Agency RN and collaborates with staff, medical providers, and families.
Responsibilities include coordinating medical services, monitoring medications, assisting with documentation, and providing support during appointments.
Assists with medication management, health monitoring, and communicating medical updates.
Participates in on-call rotations and maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications include a valid LPN license in Tennessee, preferably experience with ID/DD, and a valid driver’s license.
Physical requirements involve good mobility and strength to assist individuals.
Compensation up to $26.50/hr with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
