Job Description

This role at Kindering involves supporting the Early Supports team in developing family support plans for children aged birth to three with neurodevelopmental differences. Responsibilities include providing caregiver coaching, conducting evaluations, participating in Individualized Service Plans, collaborating with families and other providers, maintaining records, and making referrals. Required qualifications include a Physical Therapy degree, fluency in another language, experience with neuromuscular disorders, teamwork skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Other prerequisites include a Washington State DOH PT license, passing background checks, confidentiality adherence, a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, physical ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds, negative tuberculosis test result, and current immunizations.
