Job Description

Join our team as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working full-time from 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm, with every other weekend required. Your primary role will be to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, fostering long-lasting relationships with residents and associates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and documenting residents’ status.
  • Reporting changes in health to appropriate parties.
  • Supervising Resident Care Assistants.
  • Coordinating care with community providers.
  • Preventing elder abuse and responding to emergencies.

    • Requirements:

  • Current LPN license and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with the elderly is desirable.
