Job Description
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide healthcare at the Pima County Detention Center in Tucson, AZ. Pay ranges from $32.91-$34.65/hr, based on experience and shift.
As a correctional nurse, you’ll assess patients, administer medications, perform wound care, manage chronic illnesses, and respond to emergencies in a secure environment.
New grads are encouraged to apply and will receive training in correctional healthcare.
Qualifications include a graduate of an LPN program, active certification, CPR, and passing background checks.
Physical demands involve standing, lifting, bending, and performing CPR.
