Job Description
The licensed practical nurse (LPN) assists patients in collaboration with healthcare providers, performing clinical services such as patient intake, documenting medical history, vital signs, administering injections, and conducting lab tests.
Responsibilities include obtaining health histories, collecting specimens, providing patient care, documenting interactions, and assisting in exams and procedures.
Coordinates patient care, manages referrals, and promotes wellness through education.
Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active Kansas nursing license, and BLS certification.
Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in a clinic setting.
