Job Description

The RN at Monarch Healthcare Management supervises tenant care to ensure quality in line with Minnesota BON standards, Tenants’ Bill of Rights, and campus QAPI program. They conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized Plans of Care, and oversee nursing staff to maintain tenants’ well-being. Qualifications include completion of approved nursing education program, current Minnesota RN registration, and CPR certification.
