Job Description
Seeking a part-time LPN or RN for day shifts (6am-6:30pm), 12-hour shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Earn a $2/hour weekend shift differential on base pay.
Provide high-quality nursing care according to federal, state, and local standards, policies, and procedures.
Assess residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
Develop and update personalized care plans, administer medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records and comply with relevant regulations.
Assist in training new staff and coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Maintain current nursing skills through ongoing education.
Report incidents, abuse, or neglect promptly.
Manage electronic timecards daily.
Ideal candidates must have an active ND LPN license or obtain one upon hire; LTC experience preferred but not required.
