We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Utah County.

  • Responsibilities include supervising care, assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering and evaluating nursing care, supervising CNAs, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining medical records.
  • Qualifications: LPN or LVN license, CPR certification, and high school diploma or equivalent.
