Rare part-time opportunity for an experienced LPN to serve as a dedicated caregiver for an individual in their home near Blue Ridge, VA, outside Roanoke.

  • Requires current LPN license, reliability, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

  • Preferred experience includes Type 1 Diabetes and complex seizure management.

  • Hiring depends on references, background check, and a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving, minimal violations, and a clean record within the past 5 years.
