Job Description

The RN Clinical Nurse at ThedaCare provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care through collaboration with the interprofessional team. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, improving patient experience, and promoting quality care. Qualifications include current Wisconsin RN licensure, ADN required (BSN preferred), and certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. The role involves physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to bloodborne pathogens, and working in environments with sharp objects and potential hazards. The position is located at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin, with a scheduled weekly hours of 32 and a scheduled FTE of 0.8.
