Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description

This job involves providing routine care, observing client health, assisting RNs and physicians, communicating with clients and families, administering medications, coordinating appointments, ensuring provision of nursing services, documenting health status, and participating in quality improvement activities. Qualifications include being a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in good standing, CPR certification, at least 6 months of nursing experience, experience with developmental disabilities, valid driver’s license, computer skills, and strong communication abilities. The salary range is USD $34.00 per hour.
