Job Description
Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science and current LCPC or LCSW license.
Requires 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably with older adults, hospital, or nursing home settings.
Certifications in CPR and First Aid; behavioral de-escalation experience preferred.
Knowledge of community resources is essential.
Provides organized psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on treatment and discharge planning.
Maintains compliance with regulations and demonstrates professionalism.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends or on-call.
Hourly pay ranges from $28.50 to $41.33, depending on experience.
