Join a mission-driven organization in Sonoma County as a Clinical Team Lead – Psychiatry, shaping integrated mental health care for a community of over 40,000 across 10 centers.

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to psychiatrists and psychiatric NPs, fostering a culture of support and excellence.
  • Partner with leadership to develop care protocols, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support provider recruitment and training.
  • Represent the organization externally and participate in key committees to advance community behavioral health efforts.
  • Require board certification in Psychiatry, active California license, 5+ years of clinical experience, and supervisory skills. Familiarity with integrated care and EMR systems is preferred.
