Job Description

The RN Clinical Nurse at ThedaCare provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care through collaboration with an interprofessional team. They are responsible for developing care plans, improving patient outcomes, and promoting a culture of innovation and professional development. Qualifications include current Wisconsin RN licensure, BSN or commitment to obtain within five years, and BLS certification. The position requires physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to blood borne pathogens. The work environment includes exposure to sharp objects, moving mechanical parts, and potential communicable diseases. This full-time position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, requires 36 hours per week with a 0.9 FTE.
