Job Description
Supervise daily clinic operations, including scheduling, project development, and staff management, while addressing staff performance and patient complaints. This full-time role covers multiple locations and requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and leadership experience. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent patient service, developing action plans, recruiting and training staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with leadership.
