Job Description
The Full-Time Night Shift LPN/LVN provides direct nursing care under supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment.
Requires graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program, with preferred experience in clinical or mental health settings.
Must hold a valid license, CPR and de-escalation certification, and have knowledge of psychotropic medications.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and communicating with medical staff about client status.
Assists in health and psychiatric education for clients and families, and participates in care planning and team conferences.
Ensures compliance with safety policies, maintains accurate records, and responds to emergencies as needed.
