Mindful Therapy Group (MTG) offers a 1099 model for clinicians to have the autonomy of private practice without the administrative burden. Their Supervised Associate Program provides structured mentorship for associate therapists to succeed in private practice. MTG provides in-house supervision, expedited credentialing, insurance billing support, referral and marketing assistance, personalized business support, complete control over practice, EMR, and office space. Minimum requirements include pending or active Oregon credentials, commitment to ethical standards, and seeing 12-15 clients per week. Pay ranges from $72.00 to $100.00 per hour. Education requirement is a Master’s degree. Work location is a hybrid remote setup in Portland, OR 97223.
