Director of Nursing (DON)

Job Description

Canfield Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to serve as Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate must have a current RN license, 5 years of clinical management experience (preferably in long-term care), prior DON experience, knowledge of nursing practices and regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and CPR certification. The Director will oversee clinical services and programs for residents, supervise nurses, and manage day-to-day operations.
