Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor position at SSTAR involves managing a clinical service team, providing therapy and treatment planning for patients with substance use disorders, and ensuring quality measures are met. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field, LICSW, LMHC, and/or LADC1 licensure, 5+ years of counseling experience, and expertise in addiction and co-occurring treatment. Responsibilities include crisis response, staff supervision, chart integrity, treatment plan approval, and maintaining counseling knowledge. The position offers a salary of $85,000.00+ and benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for CEU’s.
